This policy explains what data Medix (operated by WEAVOTECH) collects and how we use it. We follow the principles of Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What we collect
When you request the free plan or join a list: your first name, email, preferred language, the page you signed up on and the visit source (such as a campaign link) if present. If you choose to answer: your study year and when your next exam is.
We collect no payment card data. There is no online payment on the site at this time.
Server logs keep IP addresses temporarily for security and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
To give you what you asked for, to send you study material and enrollment news, and to understand which courses students need first. The basis is the consent you give when you submit.
Where it is stored and who can access it
Data is stored on servers managed by the operator and is never public. We don’t sell your data. We may later use an email provider to send messages, and will update this page before doing so.
The site currently uses no advertising trackers. If we add any, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.
Retention
We keep your data while you remain subscribed to our emails, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@weavotech.com.
